Paid Cloud subscriptions use provider-hosted checkout from Waffo or Anyway. The selected provider shows the final price, renewal terms, and other purchase conditions. Returning to a success page does not activate access; the workspace plan changes only after Dashloom verifies the provider webhook.
Yes. Community is MIT licensed. You do not pay Dashloom a subscription, but you remain responsible for your own Cloudflare, email, and AI provider costs.
No. Cloud Free is a free plan, not a paid-plan trial. Solo, Studio, and Agency currently do not include a trial.
They share the same core product model. Free uses BYOK unless permanent credits are purchased; paid plans include monthly AI credits plus more capacity, sync frequency, retention, collaboration, alerts, and agency workflows.
Settings creates a cancellation or refund review request; it does not mutate payment state. An authorized operator must complete the action in the matching Waffo or Anyway account. Renewal, effective timing, and refund outcomes follow the provider confirmation and verified webhook state.
The plan catalog uses monthly USD prices. Final amount and purchase terms are those shown by Waffo or Anyway checkout. Self-hosted Cloudflare, email, and model providers are billed separately by those providers.
