Dashloom can publish a saved dashboard view without creating an account for the viewer. Create the view in Settings → Dashboard templates, choose its product scope and up to eight normalized metrics, then select Share 30d.
The generated URL is revealed once. Copy it before leaving the page. Dashloom stores only a SHA-256 hash of the random token, so the original URL cannot be recovered from the database.
What a viewer can see
- the saved view title and supporting copy;
- only the selected product, or the products in the saved all-products scope;
- only the metrics frozen in that saved view;
- the current and previous seven-day periods, capped at 3,000 matching evidence points;
- workspace branding and an optional public support URL.
The page does not expose members, credentials, connector configuration, Agent conversations, reports, billing records, audit events, or edit controls. Currency values remain separated by ISO currency and rate metrics use average semantics.
Access lifecycle
Links expire after 30 days by default and cannot exceed 90 days. Owners and administrators can open Links beside a saved view to see creation, expiry, last-viewed, and revocation status. Revocation takes effect on the next request. Deleting the saved view or workspace also deletes its links.
Treat the URL as a bearer secret. Send it only to the intended audience, revoke it after the review, and do not use a public link for data that requires viewer identity, legal acceptance, or per-person access logs. Use Agency client portals when products must be assigned to a named client boundary.
