Agency client portals

Agency workspaces package selected product evidence into private client views without creating full Dashloom accounts for every stakeholder.

1. Create the products and connect their data sources.
2. Open Agency, create a client, and select only the products that client may see.
3. Create a 30-day private link and copy it immediately.
4. Revoke the link from the API or issue a replacement when access changes.

Share tokens are random, stored only as hashes, scoped to one client, and rejected after expiration or revocation. The portal is read-only and queries only products explicitly mapped to that client. It never exposes workspace credentials, member data, other clients, or unassigned products.

Community self-hosting includes the workflow. Dashloom Cloud makes it available on the Agency plan together with pooled AI usage and client report delivery.
