Supported fields:
- brand name;
- six-digit accent color;
- optional HTTPS logo URL;
- optional HTTPS support URL;
- optional removal of the Dashloom attribution from private client portals.
The authenticated product shell uses the workspace name, logo, support link, and accent. Newly generated report titles and Markdown use the brand name. Agency share portals use the same brand and attribution policy. Historical reports retain the branding that was frozen when they were generated.
Logo URLs are loaded by each viewer's browser. Host the asset on a domain you control, keep it publicly cacheable, and account for that request in your privacy notice. Dashloom rejects non-HTTPS asset and support URLs but does not proxy or copy the remote image.
Branding is included in workspace exports and changes are written to the audit log. It does not alter authentication, tenant isolation, webhook event names, or evidence provenance.
